1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the ChefHat application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
ChefHat is a food business management platform that allows users to manage ingredients, semi-finished products, dishes, orders, and clients. The Service is available via web and mobile applications.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you create within the Service (recipes, ingredients, orders, client information, etc.). By using the Service, you grant ChefHat a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you enter.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
ChefHat offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payment terms, renewal, and cancellation are governed by the respective platform's policies.
The free plan has usage limits (number of dishes and orders). Upgrading to a paid plan removes these limits. If your subscription expires, excess items will be hidden but not deleted.
6. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation
- Upload malicious code or content
- Use the Service to store or transmit personal data of others without their consent
7. Intellectual Property
The ChefHat application, including its design, code, logos, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of ChefHat. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
8. Data and Privacy
We collect and process your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. We store your account information, usage data, and content you create. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through the application settings.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. ChefHat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
ChefHat does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.
10. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time. ChefHat reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be anonymized and deleted in accordance with our data retention policies.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the application or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
